PIBS is located in the building of the Center for Management and Doctoral Studies (CMDS) in Prague-Vokovice which is owned by Prague universities and serves not only for accomodation purposes but also as teaching premises - there are lecture halls and a number of rooms suitable for study.
The secretary's office and PIBS management are located in the 14th floor. The PIBS library is located at the same place.

Hotel Krystal is located in the vicinity of Evropská Street that goes through Vokovice to Dejvice and connects the Ruzyne Airport and the city center. It can be reached by city mass transportation (tram No. 20 and 26 from the metro terminal station Dejvická to Nad-Džbánem Station.
